I really like this one, mostly because of the fact that I didn't use a reference photo but it still turned out ok. I don't think it looks exactly like him (more like Horatio Hornblower), but it's pretty close.
The second is Alan Breck from Kidnapped. It might not be quite finished, but close enough:
It was supposed to be drawn or finished with colored pencils, but I don't think I want to risk it now--colored pencil drawing is not my forte. Maybe if I print it up first. This one was harder to draw, especially the face; next time I'll draw on a slightly larger scale.
Thirdly, here's a picture I drew a year or two ago:
